If you purchase a product and realise it is the wrong one or is incorrect for your skin then we can happily exchange it for another product if it is unopened and all seals are still intact or provide a refund if you have proof of purchase and within 28 days of the original sale. If an item has been opened then unfortunately we are unable to provide an exchange or refund.

Homecare use:

Pump 4-6 drops of oil into palm and smooth on to dampened skin. Gently massage into bristles with light circular movements. Continue with shave, rinsing blade regularly. Alternatively, apply a small amount of Shave Gel or Shave Foam on top for coarser hair and continue with shave technique. Rinse with tepid water. For post shave apply 3 drops to recently shaved areas to soothe and calm the skin.
